INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1/2 cup of berries 
  • 2 tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • 4 cups of water or almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place ingredients in a blender and mix it thoroughly until it’s smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
  2. Optional: Top up with Raspberry & Honey Syrup. Mix honey and raspberries in a blender.
