We are inviting you to spend 7 days sailing around beautiful Saint Lucia on a board of luxury catamaran enjoying warm Caribbean sun, learning sailing and staying active with yoga and other wellness activities.

Targeted Nutrition

We are introducing the principles of clean eating with personalized nutritional recommendations. You will learn what and how to eat to get utmost healing and energy.

Regular Exercises

We are going to stay active to keep our body toned and in good working order through walking, stretching and various yoga practices.

Saint Lucia is an Eastern Caribbean island nation with a pair of dramatically tapered mountains, the Pitons, on its west coast. A genuine, natural landscape of gorgeous palm-fringed beaches, miles of unspoiled rainforest and the majestic Piton Mountains, are sure to indulge every taste. Natural waterfalls, breath-taking views, friendly locals and authentic culture will sure impress visitors and leave lasting memories.

Stress Management

You will be equipped with multiples ways to become aware of your stress triggers and handle it in the best possible way so you thrive in your everyday life. We will be practicing mindfulness, various meditation techniques and yogic breathing “pranayama”.

During this week we will guide you through a variety of activities to keep you active and entertained. The Wellness and Yoga program is suitable for all ages and levels and provide you with substantial amount of mindful movements and “clean” eating.
