We are pleased to announce that our Yoga Week will be taught by very talented group of professionals whose energy and passion to yoga and wellness are palpable and contagious. It is our believe that their combined skills and knowledge are going to
leave you with a very positive transformational experience.

NUTRITION

Irina is a holistic culinary nutritionist wellness lifestyle advocate. Offering simplified meal planning workshops, cooking classes, a nutrition program specializing in blood sugar management, improving energy levels and taking control over your own health.

Our team

Tanya’s main focus is on holistic yoga therapy. She serves others through her role of yoga and meditation instructor, retreat leader, public motivational speaker and intuitive coach. Tanya also owns visual art school where she helps students to tap into their creativity and imagination. And last but not least, Tanya is an author of upcoming book “Sail Through Life”.

Galina is Certified Yoga Teacher. She transfers her knowledge to students through her yoga classes, which inspire students to embark on their own path of learning. Through her classes, students will be able to tune into their inner spirits and work on developing their mind-body connection, while learning how to bring yoga into their everyday lives.

Combining knowledge and experience gained in the past twenty years, Genya offers a highly integrated approach by fusing elements from Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Qi Gong. In addition, he is certified in several trainings including Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and Thai Massage.
